Production Factory manages event installation and build, coordinating the transition from workshop preparation to an operational site. We connect scenic, technical and logistical work so each part of the installation has a clear place in the programme.

Planning for the venue and the schedule

Every site has its own access, working conditions and constraints. We assess the delivery requirements with venues and suppliers, then coordinate crew, equipment, deliveries and installation sequences. Preparation gives each team a clearer understanding of when and how its work needs to happen.

Managing the installation on site

Our team coordinates the build process and the interfaces between specialist suppliers. We keep the installation schedule connected to testing, rehearsals and the live event, helping resolve practical issues as they arise. Relevant site and supplier requirements are considered throughout the planning and delivery process.

Build, event and de-rig as one programme

The project does not end when the doors open. We consider de-rig, collection and venue handover as part of the original plan. From temporary structures and branded spaces to more complex installations, our approach is shaped around the project, the site and the people delivering it.
