The iconic facade of Harrods in London was transformed into a giant canvas for Yayoi Kusama's signature polka dots, celebrating the collaboration between Louis Vuitton and the world-renowned Japanese artist.
Working alongside Sculptivate, Production Factory delivered the technical production and installation of more than 200 oversized, 1.8-metre-diameter dot structures across the exterior of the historic department store.
The installation involved complex access and safety requirements, major road closures and close coordination with local councils. Working on a listed building in one of London's busiest locations demanded meticulous planning, specialist expertise and precision at every stage.
The result was a spectacular large-scale brand installation that transformed one of London's most recognisable landmarks.
