Production Factory worked alongside the OpenAI team to deliver DevDay in London and Singapore, bringing the developer community together for two events across EMEA and APAC.
Working across both locations, our team supported the events from planning and pre-production through to technical production, supplier management, logistics and live delivery.
Each event combined keynote content, breakout sessions, live demonstrations and dedicated spaces for developers to meet, collaborate and explore OpenAI's latest technology. Delivering highly technical live demos required detailed planning, testing and close collaboration between our production teams, local partners and the OpenAI team.
With teams and suppliers working across two international markets, we provided a consistent approach while adapting the production and delivery to each location.
From London to Singapore, our focus was the same: creating aseamless environment where the technology, content and community could takecentre stage.
